This absolutely brilliant villa has everything that you need for a comfortable stay. For two families(4 adults and 2 kids) it is probably the best accommodation in St Jean Cap Ferrat. This place is also reasonably priced, which is not that common on French Riviera. There is a lovely view from the backyard as the villa stands quite high on the peninsula. We can't wait to come back!

The apartment is clean, very modern and stylish. With the largest and most comfortable couch we’ve ever seen. We loved the location and being able to step out of the complex into all the vibrant bars and restaurants. The host was very helpful, we can’t wait to stay here again.

Cosy and small. Well equipped kitchen. I have cancelled two bookings before I found this apartment. There are 3 things which I liked a lot: no deposit required (the other apartment owners asked for 500 EUR deposit), no need to sign the contract (the other owners asked me to sign, additionally to booking.com reservation!), I could check-out when I wanted, I had the flight at 3 p.m., made check-out at 12! Friendly stuff. I liked the garden!

Very welcoming and attentive hosts in a lovely sweet little flat with a balcony, exceptionally well situated in Cap Ferrat. The parking space was a great bonus too as well as the pool. I would definitely recommend this place for 1-2 people to stay in!

Very charming traditional apartment in the heart of the port. The aparment is in a very central location meaning you have all the reataurants, shops and bus stop just few steps away. There’s also multiple beautiful beaches just 5+ mins away. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. There was also a bottle of rose wine waiting for us.<3 Special thank you to Sandrine who was extremely helpful and quick to respond to few questions we had. :)

The property is an old, high ceiling apartment with a renovated bathroom. Very comfortable bed, pretty and enjoyable. It is a short walk to the beach, a grocery store and many restaurants. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a laundry machine with a dryer, laundry detergent was provided. The key lock box was stuck when we tried to open it, so you might need to be a bit more forceful when opening it.
