Great location in Mumbles just up and off the main road. Staff were friendly and provided safe bike storage for us, as well as an upgraded room to ocean view, which was really nice. Room was spacious and comfortable, and we were fine with in room breakfast, as this worked well for our cycle touring schedule. Mumbles is pleasant and popular place to explore and stroll.

Bob and olha are brilliant hosts. The bedroom was comfortable with an ensuite. The house overlooks a beautiful garden and mountains. Breakfast was adequate. Location is excellent for seeing south Wales as it's 2 hours away from the west, 1 hour from Cardiff and 30 mins from brecon beacon And Swansea. Plus it's in a very quite area.

Such a lovely guest house, it's a pity we could only stay for a single night. One would never get bored in the lounge area, so much detail, so many books... Nice sofa, friendly dogs, very kind hosts, great atmosphere. I especially want to thank Mel for helping me to find a hairdresser and hair accessory for the wedding we came all the way from Istanbul to attend. Such a practical, kind, sympathetic lady...

large windowed bathroom, the queen size bed. proprietor was helpful on some local hiking trails and breakfast was sufficient. easy to find.

The breakfast was as good as you make it yourself. It is a self catering room and all the appliances and facilities were great and of good quality. We went out for breakfast and there are some wonderful places with views of the Salt Marsh to eat

It was right on the beach, it has a beach view, the host Paul is an absolute top guy, made us feel very welcome. The cooked breakfast was AMAZING. The room was tidy and clean, had a wonderful sleep. Everything was top notch and we would stay here again.
