Fofi's garden is ideal for a family vacation combining beach and hiking/sightseeing. We stayed for a week and could have stayed longer. The house is very child friendly, the huge and very well-kept garden a big bonus. Our boys loved playing in the inflatable pool so much we had trouble getting them outside of the house. The closest beach (7 minutes walk) is sandy with clear water, but without any facilities such as sun umbrellas so bring your own. 3 minutes drive from the house, though, there is a blue-flag beach with all necessary facilities and beach restaurants. For those who want to visit the Olympus, Litochoro is 15 minutes drive from the house. Fofi was extremely nice and responsive, communication was smooth and easy. We warmly recommend the place.

The location of the property is in a peaceful and relaxing area close to the beach. It was really beautiful and quiet and perfect for relaxing. The host is extremely welcoming and friendly. There was everything you need in the apartment regarding amenities.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa la Varik. The big garden is a green oasis of peace and tranquility - perfect for relaxing and recharging the batteries and very nice for smaller children as well. And all this within only 5 minutes walk away from the beach. Perfect. The accommodation is new, very nicely decorated and has all the kitchen amenities needed for a holiday stay. And most importantly: the owners are lovely. The family is putting a lot of love and dedication into making this a fantastic place to stay and making the guests feel welcome. And important for us that the accommodation was wheelchair accessible (except for the bathroom, which isn't) and also the garden and way to the beach were easy to handle with a wheelchair. The camping next door has a mini-market for the daily grocery shopping, as well as a coffee bar and small restaurant. And we can certainly also recommend the fish tavern Ellinikon that is within 5 minutes walking distance.

We visited in May and there were almost no people around (neighbors house seems to be for tourists but was closed up, apartment above the place we stayed closed too) so we felt like it was very private. Not too far from the village of Litochoro and Mt Olympus which was so gorgeous and very few tourists when we went. The property is quite large with beautiful trees and a big wrap around porch. The apartment is very spacious and the couches are comfy. Pots and pans for cooking, but no cooking ingredients. Host recommended some great restaurants and a village to visit. There was a washing machine and drying rack so we were able to do laundry.

We liked all within the complex! The villa, the garden and the pool is more than expected and the view to mount Olympus is magnificent! Litochoro is a nice village, with lots of taverns and bars and worths visiting! There is a room service in the villa after 12.00 at very reasonable prices. The see is just a few meters and if you want to stay on the beach bring an umbrella and chairs as all greek people do:) Otherwise the beachbar is in a close distance as well. The mattresses are a bit hard, but we get used to them. Last, but not least - the villa management team is very kind, supportive and responsive! Thank you!

The entier villa ( 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a big living-room and the kitchen plus a nice yard with trees and plants and BBQ) all is new and well equipped with everithing you need during the summer holiday în Greece. The warm welcoming of Giorgos and his wife, Dimitra, and the radio set on greek music were the first signs that a lovlely 8 days holiday has started. We have 2 small dogs very happy to receive such a warm welcoming. The hosts told us that they have 2 dogs too. We love it and we are going to come back in the future.
