The staff was amazing, so kind and always available for all you need. The villa is 2 minutes on foot from the sea where there are a plenty of restaurants, market and souvenirs boutique. Nothing of complaining about.

Isabella made us very welcome. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and had everything you could need. Good air-con and excellent Wifi. Pool and loungers were fab - we mostly had the whole area to ourselves. Close to fab bakery for breakfast pastries and Carrefour for water etc. Also very handy for the bus stop ( buses are a great way to get around the island and very inexpensive )

Loved everything about the property. The location is superb, right on Black Beach and footsteps away many restaurants, shops, mini markets, and of course the beach. The rooms were perfect, all necessary items were there, serviced every day, large garden area to spend free time outside the room. And what made our stay extra special was the staff. every person so warm and helpful. Special mention for Nikol who guided us at every step, arranged our taxis, helped us to select organised tours and really went out of her way to ensure we had a lovely vacation. Big thanks to the Exi team and Nikol for such a memorable vacation.

lovely staff!!! comfy bed, great shower, close to Perissa beach, bus stop, quad rentals. just perfect. really cute place, breakfast is amazing too.

Beautiful big apartment, lovely stuff and excellent communication with the Marton team. We loved our stay and appreciated all the small details. Location is great, close to the shops and few minutes from the beach. We had view from the balcony on the mountain. It was just like pictures, with all amenities in the kitchen and whole apartment. Would highly recommend!

Great position next to restaurants and bakeries, close to the beach and bus station/ rentals/ tours if needed. Angelos is a great host and will go above and beyond to make sure everything is alright with your stay. Also he has some great recommendations about what to do during your stay in Perissa and the surrounding areas. Would totally recommend, this place it's a great value for money.
