The hosts, Lia and Dimitris and their children, were so gracious and welcoming. They served an extraordinary breakfast, including coffee, juice, Greek and American pastries, spanakopita, eggs, bread and cheese, tzatziki, bacon, fruit salad, yogurt with honey and/or jam, cereal, and more. The rooms were clean, airy and spacious, with a small fridge and air conditioning, and we ate in a pleasant enclosed courtyard with lemon trees and shade. Dimitres and his son Spiro helped us find bicycles to explore the island of Spetses, and the house is only a few blocks from the city center, a beach with lovely translucent green seawater, and a seawall with views of horses and carriages and beautiful old homes. We also enjoyed shopping in the cobblestone alleys and eating in outdoor restaurants featuring delicious Greek food (and other dishes if you are homesick). We loved our stay.

We were delighted with our stay. Everything about the hotel is wonderful. We loved the stylish details like the rope sculptures at the reception, and the Hugo Pratt prints, it was great to have a pool and the breakfast was spectacular. The location is perfect, definitely our favourite part of the island. We would recommend Oltremare Inn to anyone. Finally, we have to comment on the family who run the hotel: each one of them is absolutely wonderful - they couldn't be more friendly and helpful.

Spetses is a wonderful island, it was just perfect to explore it based in Arolithos. The hotel is cozy and feels intimate and informal. The apartment was shiningly clean, full of little details arranged with extreme care and a welcoming spirit. The staff is super nice and helpful. We could’t recommend this place more

Perfect location just a few hundred meters from the harbor. A quiet and beautiful gem with a sweet hostess. Good beds and renovated bathrooms. Nice breakfast in the garden. We would love to come back!

I loved everything about Twin House and Spetses. My room was large and comfortable but I’d come back for the breakfast alone! The homemade pastries and delights were absolutely to die for - they made me jump out of bed and head downstairs an hour before breakfast just so I’d be there in time! The staff is more than amazing and so helpful!! The location is perfect - as I walked everywhere in town or jumped on the bus to a beautiful beach on the other side of the island.
