Hakuna matata is like a second home, you don’t feel like in a guesthouse but rather with a second family. Billie - the host - is amazingly helpful and organises tons of cool activities for the guests (e.g. lagoon tour, jungle safari, barbecue nights). Mama prepares delicious and always different breakfasts every day at every hour to accomodate your (surfing) schedules. The place is surrounded by plants and trees which make it even more laidback. Will definitely come back. For surfers, it’s a 20m walk to main point.

Super helpful owner&stuff. They always find a way how to make me breakie even I have a lot of food restrictions(gluten free and vegetarian). Perfect location - 3 minutes to the beach but calm side road. The room has everything you need.

Fantastic location just a few steps to the beach at the quieter end of the bay. Even though I booked a room without AC, the shady property ensured my room was never too hot. Lovely hosts that always met me with a warm smile and helpful advice! Booked two nights and stayed 5, will be back for sure!
