The people working there were really nice and helpful. Many thanks to Gayana and her husband for everything! They are doing a great job of keeping the property nice and clean. Welcome drink was very good. Breakfast was amazing. Location was top and close to the bars, restaurants and the beach. Room was very authentic and cozy with very good AC.

Such a lovely stay! The family who runs Maple Place are so kind and thoughtful, lots of attention to detail. They allowed us to leave our bags early and even provided a cold drink while we waited for the room to be ready. The room was clean, exactly as pictured, always had hot water, and ac/fan worked excellently. Location on the main road was a short walk or tuk tuk ride to the beach or town. The breakfast was so delicious and had variety for our 3 night stay. Highly recommend we would definitely stay here again!

The manager of the villa was super nice, he helped us with luggage and arranged tuk tuk service for us for sunrise at Unawatuna. We had a pleasant stay!

The hotel is situated on a Hill so you have a nice view of the ocean.Very nice jungle garden. We've seen turtles, varans and squarells. Hosts are very hospitable, They organized a taxi from the airport to the hotel at night. We arrived at 4 am. They welcomed us with a big smile.

The place was very clean and well maintained. It was located around 10min walk from the beach, in a jungle. The only problem was very bad reception and super slow WiFi, but if you sat closer to the router it worked well. The typical breakfast of eggs, toast and fruits was included. The hosts were amazing, they upgraded our room without additional payment. What is more, they helped me when I needed charger after mine broke.

Beautiful hotel and hosts were super friendly, it left me wanting to stay longer. Everyone is friendly in Sri Lanka but at this hotel, this family is just amazing! They gave me everything I needed and helped me with all my requests. I even fell asleep for breakfast because of the World Cup matches finishing at 4 am, but he was so nice that made breakfast for me even at 11. It was delicious by the way, and very filling. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious. I would defo return to this hotel when i come back to Sri Lanka

You will feel at home at Hotel Dandelion. They were all very nice and friendly. We felt very well here. I was pregnant here and I got a lot of attention. My little daughter was also very happy. The rooms were very clean. The hotel is close to everything. There are shops and restaurants nearby. There are SPAs in the living area, which I have used several times with my husband.
