The house and the en suite double room were fantastic, beutifyll and comfy. The breakfast is very varied and maticoulosly served. The owner Captain (Ret.) Reşat is very friendly and welcoming. Recomend highly! The common seating room on the third floor boosts fantastic vews on Dardanele and Cnakkale. The house is buetifly decorated in a marice style, most of it Captain Reşat navy insignia and memorabilia. Great! The pansion is few steps from the feery to Cananakkal, goes each hour till around 22/23, the last return is at 23:30. The cost of the 30' ferry ride is only half an euro one way per person. There is a safe parking for a bike or a car. Cameras are on too. Safe and interesting neigbourhood, with restaurants, a fortress and a camp site with excelent beach in a pine forest. All WW1 memorial sites are half hour away. Briliant place to stay with a most wonderfull host!

Comfortable, fantastic location, excellent host, spacious enough for 5 adults. Absolutely loved staying here! We came in a large vehicle and we had difficulties fitting the car in the off-site parking location. But Mustafa was nothing short of being very helpful and even helped park the car AND with our many luggage. This would be our stop if we get to visit again. Thank you!!!

Very beautiful and clean place. Very helpful owners, 5 minutes by car or bus( you have to go out street to find mini busses just 5 steps). Local restaurants are good and in Odunluk you can eat most fresh and delicious fish or seafood. Geyikli is generally a place of heaven which is not discovered by tourists yet, only Turkish people knows this place :) so it is good time to discover. In close distance(I mean like 1 hour drive maximum or by bus) you have antique city Troy, Asos, Bozcaada and many other touristic cities and locations which you can see.

I would gladly choose the same accomodation again. The owner is very kind and helpfull. We have arrived pretty late, but there was no problem, the owner was awake and ready to welcome us. We had everything we neeeded in the apartments. The location, even if it's pretty close to the highway, it's really quiet. They have surveying cameras watching over the parking spots in front of the building.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was exactly as in the photos. No complaints there. The hotel is in a good location, close to everything. Overall, a good price for good accommodation. We will definitely return there.

The location is fantastic. The house has 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a very well kitted out kitchen. It is beautiful and very thoughtfully furnished. We were upgraded to the house (as opposed to the flat that we originally booked) and I couldn't recommend it more highly. The place is superb. If you're to book a holiday in Canakkale book this property. It is great!!!

I have stayed in several different accommodations in the city and this one offers the most for the price. Very nice stay. Above my expectations. There is a nice parking in the sport. Receptionist speak very good English. It's clean. The overall price for what they provide is quite good.
