Such an amazing house in a wonderful location! We loved out stay there. The rooms were so cosy and comfortable and every detail was thought of. The welcome basket of bread, biscuits, eggs, fudge, milk, juice etc was so thoughtfully put together, and the views from the house were just spectacular! Perfect location to explore Skye. We were very sad to leave.

We lived absolutely everything ! Great location for us and our dogs. Enjoyed Broadford hotel for pool and a ping in eves that we weren’t snuggled up at home. Walked the dogs each day on the beach infront of house when tide out. Close to amenities, very very comfortable bed, amazing shower and dual baths. Amazing hosts and very well equipped house with just about everything thought of ! Xx

The most memorable, creative and cozy cottage I’ve ever been fortunate enough to stay in…the highlight of a long weekend on the Isle of Skye. Lusa Bothy is absolutely charming. Rustic with all the modern amenities, the owners are so convivial and both are avid collectors and recyclers, so the Bothy is full of wonderful art, antiques, cozy blankets and whimsical touches throughout. It is charming when it rains and glorious when it’s sunny for a stroll along the beach or to chill or dine outside. We enjoyed preparing home-cooked meals in the fully-stocked kitchen and the owner’s optional breakfast basket was full of local goodies including fresh Lusa eggs and ample enough to get us through our four day stay. We were luckyg to be treated to live musicians on two nights at Talla Lusa next door, and had a nice morning walk on the beach, just missing the coos but enjoying stellar views. Lusa Bothy is close to the Skye Bridge and there are restaurants and cafes in nearby Broadford. You’d need a car to get around to the principal sights of Skye and we drove our bikes to some other parts of Skye to ride or to hike. LOVED OUR STAY AND VERY SAD TO LEAVE!
