Quite possibly the best B&B we have ever stayed in, and we have stayed in many. The location is ideal for both the seafront and the town, and the room we had was excellent. Spacious, airy, the room has everything you could possibly need - even a hot water bottle. The fridge was a bonus too on such a hot weekend. After a fabulous night's sleep we were presented with an excellent breakfast, which we only just managed to finish because we'd had so much of the fresh fruit on offer. If you are planning a visit to Exmouth, look no further for your accommodation as you won't find better elsewhere. Thank you Ian, for such a wonderful time

The staff were exceptional, so warm and welcoming and we were upgraded for free as it was my birthday. That was such a lovely touch. Hotel was stunning and also views would have been if it were not for the rain and we arrived when it was dark. Hope to stay longer next time to explore properly.

Have had a very nice 2 week stay in Exmouth visiting my daughter with family who lives here. This apartment suits me perfectly and I hope to be able to rent it on more occasions in the future. Everything is great about Exmouth and this part of the country.
