Location, clean bright rooms, updated bathrooms, full breakfasts, and fantastic staff. Not much interaction with the front desk, but the people that take care of the hotel are lovely. The TV lounge and the dining lounge for dining in with take away food are very nice extras.

We had half board with a set menu having 5 options, though for a longer stay I would probably have dipped into the a la carte. Very good roast on the Sunday. Other restaurants nearby and the beach is lovely. Quiet but within easy access to the beach and some very good restaurants as well as the best fish and chips just opposite the hotel. Staff were so friendly and helpful. I needed access to the internet on my laptop and there was a problem connecting. (My laptop caused the problem not their internet). Staff were very helpful and kept checking that I had access. Breakfasts were great with plenty of choice. Restaurant serves a good variety of evening meal and good quality as well
