Alan met us as soon as we got there and was so lovely and helpful throughout our stay. The room had been stocked with biscuits, milk and coffee which was really thoughtful and the views were absolutely incredible. Couldn’t recommend here more!

We have just stayed here for 7 nights and have had the most amazing week. We come to Perranporth every year and have always wanted to stay in The Dunes and it exceeded pur expectation. It's 2 minutes to the beach which was great for the dogs. The apartment was amazing, very clean and great facilities. Caroline & Adam were also very helpful. Thank you for a great week!

The location is wonderful, the views amazing. The town of Perranporth is two minutes from the apartment. Good pubs & food.. The beach is so clean & right on the doorstep. The Watering Hole pub is on the beach. Wonderful place to spend a holiday

Our host was lovely and friendly, She made us feel very welcome and at home. There was a super welcome basket of goodies on arrival. Great to have Netflix on the TV in the evening. Safe parking on the property for our two motorbikes was brilliant. Thank you Rebecca for being a fantastic host ❤️

Was a very quick walk to an amazing beach which has surfing and a sea pool with great bars on the sand. The property it self was perfect. Fully functioning kitchen, great picnic table in the large garden, spacious bedrooms, fantastic heating. Had a great time !JessicaPeople with friends

"Cottage" doesn't feel like it does it justice actually - it's spacious, much bigger than it looks on the outsid, incredibly well restored, and super comfy. We didn't get to spend too much inside - spent the weekend surfing - but it was an ideal and tranquil spot to return to after a day with a big group out on the beach.

The position is fantastic, right on the beach and within walking distance of the town Our room was in a perfect position for my disabled mum, clean and tidy too. Even though it wasn't cleaned during our stay if we needed anything we only had to ask. Breakfast was fab and very well organised Evening meal was superb and they catered very well for my mum's small appetite!!Louise JonesFamily with young children
