Perfect little flat for a short stay in Teignmouth - we squeezed 3 adults in just fine for one night, or would be perfect for a couple with a child. The flat was beautiful and so homey, with teabags, milk, shampoo - Karen went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! We know Teignmouth very well, and this location right by the Arts Quarter is wonderful, just a short walk from both beaches and all of Teignmouth's great pubs and cafes.

The location was superb, right on Teignmouth Back Beach, with so much to watch - sunrises, sunsets, tides, boating activities, sea birds. Most of the accommodation is located on the ground floor, although the double bedroom is accessed via a steep set of stairs with a very tight turn at the top. However, several well placed hand rails were helpful in negotiating this since I am physically disabled. There is plenty of lighting throughout, allowing a choice of which areas to light up.

Location is perfect for the seafront. Have stayed here twice before and is always so easy and clean and comfortable. Staff are so kind and helpful. Breakfast is yummy and freshly cooked to order. You can park up at Eastcliff carpark and sign in on Ringo app and do two days for around £9,60 which is great. Covid safe and perfect for a seaside stay. We stayed in room 5 with a sea view and it was so lovely to hear the waves! Sandy the owner is very welcoming and the staff are lovely.
