Very nice apartment with mesmerizing view on see. Everything else is just a bonus.Nicely decorated house,clean,close to the beach, kids playground. First bigger city is something like 30 km .If you are really explorer you should try to visit Sibenik , Primosten aswell.

Breathtaking view to the sea and to Novigrad, very-well equipped kitchen with everything you need, comfortable beds, perfect grilling spot with all necessities, super helpful and friendly host. The free-standing house is located close to the top of the hill overseeing Lake Novigrad with magnificent views throughout the day and evening. The facilities allow for eating, cooking, sleeping and lounging in- and outside with the covered terrace. The house and all the ameneties are brand new, clean and well-functioning. The friendly owners are easy to contact if needed and were happy to share some of their local delicacies with us. It is a short stroll down to the very picturesque village of Novigrod with castle, fisheries and buildings patched against the hillside. We stayed here for a week and will be happy to come back!

The entire house has been renovated beautifully with all the facilities you would like including even a Jacuzzi on the rooftop. The entire Village is beautiful and picturesque with nearby beaches into the clear Waters of the Novigrad sea. In the House we found our eay easily the Kitchen is very well equipped.Maggie the owner, was very responsive and accommodating.

Great location, with many beach options (dog friendly also), many tourist attractions like Plitvice are very close by car. If the weather is not the best for a swim in the sea, the outdoor jacuzzi is also a great option to spend time. Outdoor furnace is great for making a pizza. The villa is very cozy and spacious, we really enjoyed our stay, had everything we needed for a week, and even my little dog enjoyed being there.

We were a group of 8 people and had a great time in the house. Everything was very neat, clean and comfortable. We also had a friendly contact with the owner Iva and the housekeeper Astrid. The highlight was the large pool, cleaned daily, which we will miss very much.
