An Excellent option to stay in the area. The property is Clean, Comfortable and well stocked up, Quiet. The Bed is very comfy, which was very important for me :) The manager is caring and quick to response. I would be glad to enjoy this place agin and agin.

Great apartment in a good location - 2 minutes to a good beach and near the bus route into Tel Aviv. However, as with much of Tel Aviv, Bat Yam and Israel generally, the area is a little bit scruffy and run-down. Shiny new blocks are being built, but tourist infrastructure is lagging behind - yet everything except public transport is very expensive.

Perfect location. Clean very well equipped apartment! Has everything needed 😊. The host is incredible, accommodated all our needs including parking (which was very kind! Thank you very much, Lyuba!) The beautiful beach is 5 minutes away, all kind of shopping and restaurants are nearby. Highly recommended! We will be back for sure!

Location is very close to a great beach (2 mins) that has wave cutters - which is great against waves for kids especially. Surfers would find lots of spots too. The apartment is quite spacious, not big, but comfortable for a family of 4. Apartment is quiet. Conditioner worked well against the heat. Ground transportation is also available.
