Our stay was great! We also stayed at Le Calle (another propriety from the same owners). The neighborhood is pretty calm and charming. The hosts are helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back next year.

The location close to the best beaches in Chia. The wonderful garden, in fact a fruit orchard, around the house. The space to eat and sit outside. The fact that the house is brand new. The simple and tasteful decoration. The privacy and silence (the music from the close by restaurant stopped at 10 and didn't bother us). The functional and well equipped kitchen. And last but not least Giampaolo's welcome and availability. Best place I have been recently.

the house is located in just perfect/gorgeous/marvellous/incredible place :)))))) it is in between 2 beaches. you can reach either of them within just 1 min of walking. my sons just loved the beaches. even though we were at the end of MArch, there were playing in the sea :)))))) wifi was excellent, my husband was working and he told that he had no problem with having online video teams conversations.

A good supermarket and restaurant (Mirage) nearby. A big cosy terrase is a huge asset. I am a mother of two active toddlers, who were excited to run in and out the terrase. We were happy to meet the owners, whose presence in the house (upstairs) makes you feel a beloved guest. They are a very beautiful family and we hope to come back there one day.
