Especially for the Sommer temperature with the air conditioning to sleep well in the night.

The location close to the best beaches in Chia. The wonderful garden, in fact a fruit orchard, around the house. The space to eat and sit outside. The fact that the house is brand new. The simple and tasteful decoration. The privacy and silence (the music from the close by restaurant stopped at 10 and didn't bother us). The functional and well equipped kitchen. And last but not least Giampaolo's welcome and availability. Best place I have been recently.

the house is located in just perfect/gorgeous/marvellous/incredible place :)))))) it is in between 2 beaches. you can reach either of them within just 1 min of walking. my sons just loved the beaches. even though we were at the end of MArch, there were playing in the sea :)))))) wifi was excellent, my husband was working and he told that he had no problem with having online video teams conversations.
