The location of the property was excellent, the staff were incredible and went above and beyond to help us and insure we had a nice stay. They also helped with recommendations of things to do and restaurants. The room was nicely styled and had a great view!

We enjoyed room and bathfoom comfort and design. The view made me happy every morning. Room heating was more then satisfying. Breakfast was very good. Everybody working there was kind and helpfull. Overall excellent experience, and I already recommended this hotel to some friends🩵

This is a small but very well-equipped hotel in the heart of Lisbon, right on top of the Metro station. Can't beat the location. The reception staff were very helpful. The rooms are quiet despite the busy square below, and very clean and modern. We're a family of four and we got two rooms that open into a small shared 'hall' that can be locked separately, so it was like a two-room apartment, which was fantastic for us. Breakfast is not very varied, because the dining room is small, but still pretty good and we were well-fed by the time we left the hotel in the mornings.

We had 1 week of exceptional vacation, being accommodated at Tempo FLH Hotels Lisboa. Except for the pillows which were not very comfortable, I have nothing bad to comment on. Breakfast was good and sufficient. The staff was very friendly and polite, the room was cleaned daily.

Very close to the restaurants, shops and culture. The seaside is also close and the Trade square. The staff was extremely friendly and for our great surprise they have upgraded our room from double to studio which was very nice. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and it smelled very nice. The view from the window was nice also looking at the castle on top. I strongly recommend My Story Hotel for your stay in Lisbon.

Laura gave us good tips about sightseeing and grocery stores around. Wifi was also good and stable. You also have a nice quiet terrace with a table and chares to enjoy your morning coffee, which you can also get from a coffee machine at the kitchen. Everything needed for cooking is there
