Our stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful! It exceeded all our expectations. The location couldn't have been better - close to a metro station, the railway, and many main attractions. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. What truly made our experience unforgettable was the warm gesture on my birthday. When the staff learned it was my special day, they surprised me with a cake. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I would totally recommend this place.

Breakfast was very good, quite above average. The breads were very good, as it is a Portuguese tradition. But they offer also baked pizzas, which added latitude to the meal. The staff was very attentive to our needs. Location is perfect. Rooms are new and well equipped. We asked for a very late check-out and they graciously allow us to do that, free of charge.

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and it smelled very nice. The view from the window was nice also looking at the castle on top. Laura gave us good tips about sightseeing and grocery stores around. Wifi was also good and stable. You also have a nice quiet terrace with a table and chares to enjoy your morning coffee, which you can also get from a coffee machine at the kitchen. Everything needed for cooking is there
