I stayed one week and everything was impeccable! I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious, modern, the TV is huge, the water is hot. And most importantly the owners were super friendly and helpful all along the way. They also have motorbikes for rent which is super convenient. And the location is great. Not noisy at night.

The apartment is really amazing and it has everything that you need to be as comfortable as home, including all amenities to cook. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom really nice too. The unit is brand new and feels bright and fresh. The apartment is located between Chaweng and Lamai disctricts which makes it a convenient location. Thought it is advisable to have your own car or scooter in Koh Samui, as the main ring road doesn't have a sidewalk. The apartment was very clean, in a quiet area where you don't hear the main road. It's in a calming place surrounded by birds. Parking is available in front of the property. Laundry service available just a minute away from the apartment. The communication with Johnny the host was very easy and smooth and he always replied to our inquiries and questions. He offered to arrange as well for a car rental service and drop off at the pier on the last day. Overall very good quality for the price. I definitely recommend it! Thank you Johnny :)

Absolutely amazing villa, with everything you need for your best holiday! The view is just breathtaking, a lot of restaurants really close, daily chef for breakfast included….privacy, view, pool, gym…we’ve had the best time ever! No Moskitos at all!

Being on top the hills, it's nice and quiet, and a soft breeze makes it pleasant to be out on the poolside at anytime of the day. You're never far from the cities and interesting places either, which makes the location ideal for day trips Strongly recommanding, and i'll be back again!

Everything about this house is utterly stunning and nothing is too much trouble. The location is first-rate with a beautiful beach and pool as well as ample seating, hammock, loungers outdoors as well as on a shady verandah. Tony and his wife who are the housekeepers are wonderful people who make you feel so welcome. The interiors are so comfortable and offer exceptional privacy with the ensuite bedrooms each being in different "lodges'. The master bedroom is a dream overlooking both the beach and delightful gardens.
