Fantastic experience! I made a mistake with the reservation and the stuff were quick to fix it and allowed me not to pay any extra fee. The place is brand new and high- standard, with spacious and well decorated rooms, the location is just a few steps from the beach and facilities are amazing. A special shout to Ms. Oii and the staff at the reception for being so welcoming and helpful. It will definitively become my go-to place for when I am in Pattaya.

非常精致漂亮的民宿，房间很大很干净，设施齐全。院子中心是一个游泳池，我们住的两室一厅，因为我妈妈腿不太好，Neang（可爱的管理人）给我们预留了ground floor的房间，我妈妈出入非常方便。我们的房间能住六个人，浴室床单都很干净，非常不错的地方，周围有7-11，各种餐厅，离海边仅步行十来分钟。非常推荐，下次来芭提雅还是会住在这里，也给各位中国朋友们强烈推荐！

This is best spacious property with all amenities except washing machine. We get large flat tv smart with all access to apps in hall and a led tv smart in bedroom as well. Centralized air conditioning, fridge, dish washer, stove gas, sofas, fan, wine glasses, glasses, all kitchen items. Host is best lady supports everything we need, levels there but all have lift service. Location is best to go spa, bars, 7/11, 2km to walking street. Value for money. Thanks again

We really loved this apartment. The apartment itself is perfect for a couple or a couple with one child. This is a nice and well equipped apartment. The staff was great to work with. I suspect we will come back next time we are in Thai.

Quiet location. Nice and clean condo with a separate bedroom. Comfortable bed with a nice warm blanket. Good soundproofing except from the hallway. WiFi was excellent. Beautiful pool. Nice balcony overlooking the pool. No insects! The property is in great condition. The pool is very nice and clean and the perfect temperature for a swim after the sun sets. There is a 7-ELEVEN on site. Grab food delivery is available and convenient. Security personnel are friendly. The resort is gated with 24/7 security and requires a key card to enter. It felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment had amenities such as 2 pools, sauna and gym. Coffee shop and a mini market downstairs made it very convenient. Host was helpful when I had issues with keys on arrival.

Plus, the complimentary room cleaning every third day was a delightful touch, keeping the villa looking immaculate throughout our stay. When we encountered a minor issue with the air conditioning upon arrival, the staff, particularly Nastya and Raaz, went above and beyond to promptly resolve it. Their kindness and helpfulness truly made us feel valued guests. In fact, the level of service here rivaled, if not surpassed, that of many hotels we've stayed in. This was undeniably the best villa experience we've ever had, and we wouldn't hesitate to return. It was simply a dream come true. Thank you immensely for everything!
