We loved the welcoming feel and the chill vibe. Great place to stay would totally stay here again. They thought of everything that anyone could need while in Hawai’i. Only regret is we weren’t there for longer.

Spotless and brand new amenities that surpasses many Airbnbs that I’ve stayed at. Host Gary is communicative and thorough with information. Location is right across from a nice beach—in fact, so close that you can just walk over in bathing suit. Wished we could have booked a longer stay there. Will certainly recommend this place to any friends!

Fully-equipped kitchen, with Walmart and Safeway 10 minutes away meant that we could fully cook for ourselves (which we strongly prefer). Magic Sand Beach only 20 minutes walking down Alii Drive! Lots of snorkeling opportunities within easy driving. Lots of interesting hikes in the area.

Everything was great ! Great Parking . Excellent location.. The condo had everything we needed . Very clean . Nicely decorated and a beautiful view . The 2 churches behind the condo are beautiful and gave us an inner peace ! The bed was very comfy.

They have a balcony where we could comfortably and relaxingly watch surfers and the vibrant fish swimming right next to the property. They provided snorkels and beach towels. No A/C in the unit, but there was a ceiling fan, and they also provided a pedestal fan. Not having A/C wasn't an issue for us at all, as we slept with the sliding doors (there were screen doors as well) open, and it was awesome getting the ocean breeze and listening the waves at night.

When we were there, everyone in the complex respected quiet times and we were never disturbed by other tenants. It was wonderful having a washer/drier in our unit. The lanai is right on the ocean and the view is just what you hope for in Kialua-Kona. When conditions were right, you can watch for the green flash at sunset!
