Definitely a gem for having a base to explore the Isle of Skye. Great location, nice family business, and exceptional views. We also really appreciated the breakfast each morning and the little sweets that were gifted to us for our honeymoon! Will be returning next time we find ourselves in the area :)

This woody one room apartment is nicely and perfectly arranged and equipped, with all you could need ! With as view the wonderful Portree bay closing by Old Man of Storr ! Skye is a fantastic island, and visiting it based in An Traigh Cabin was simply great !

Located in Braes on the Isle of Skye, Balmoral Skye offers accommodation with sea views as well as mountain and garden views. The seafront is located directly in front of the property and guests can relax in the large garden. There is free WiFi access and free parking on site. The accomodations were very well situated, rural environment, loved hearing the sheep and having the spectacular view. The room size was great, bed & bedding quite comfortable, the private bath was convenient and recently updated, very nice. The host was friendly, helpful and very respective of privacy (especially distance due to COVID)

The view of this wonderful cabinet is fantastic. The rooms were very clean and we had everything we need. A really good equipped kitchen and even a laundry machine. It's quite a ride until you reach the cabin, but once there you don't want to leave again!

Outdoor dining is also possible at the apartment. A true gem with a picture window worthy of being called *picture* window. Everything was wonderful, well thought out, comfortable and welcoming! Everything we needed and more There was even a pair of binoculars to watch the wildlife with. The sheep with their babies right outside the windows was an added bonus. We didn't have the chance to meet Ann, but did have the pleasure of chatting with Mark a couple of times. A wonderful host!
