The building is so well looked after, and the room was spacious and clean and nicely decorated. The location is good - a quiet neighbourhood close to the waterfront and there are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The hostess is extremely nice and welcoming. I was very happy to spend a couple of nights at this homestay :)

This place was great! We were extremely impressed with the staff especially Mr. Dat. He went out of his way to arrange tours and transport for us. The room was wonderful with a comfy bed and nice bathroom. Breakfast was really good too. We highly recommend staying here!!!

Free bicycles and kayaks to use. Welcoming iced drinks each time we came back to the property after a hectic trek 😀😀 Ha was very helpful and quick to communicate on everything from pickup, to arranging trips and buses. A few restaurants were walkable from the property but the Main Street is accessible by bicycles. We had a lovely stay and wish we had stayed a day more to explore

When I mistakenly left something in the room after checking out, she went above and beyond to provide solutions. The room was clean and had everything you needed for a homestay. overall I was beyond satisfied, and would love to come back if I have the chance in the future!!

Nice room and balcony, everything was very clean, nice neighborhood, only 5 minutes to the beach.

Tge location is the key here as you don’t here any noice from the road, can enjoy the view, the peace and quiet of the area. The room is quite basic but it has everything you need, even a hairdryer and a kettle. The shower has hot water and the Aircon works well. I liked the mattress and the pillows were not too hard. The owner of the Homestay Xuan was very helpful. She can recommend some interesting new tours to the caves which are different from Oxalis. By the way, her husband works in Oxalis, so if you have any questions, he can help you.
