The owner is really nice and talkative. We were staying in the pension with our 3 little kids and there were no problem with them even though they were a bit noisier. We really liked the room. Great location in Hochschwab mountain range. I stayed there during summer - it is an ideal place for via ferrata and climbing since many areas are very close in car driving distance (20-60 minutes), so with early breakfast you can start climbing around 8-9AM.
