The place was beautifully maintained and the hostess was very helpful. She cooked us lovely breakfast and always greeted with a smile. We had a wonderful stay at the Landhaus Grunau. Just a 20 mins drive from Salzburg city centre.

Beautiful hotel....was clean, spacious, excellent breakfast included in the price of lodging. The spiesegarten served excellent food and beverages at a reasonable price. After sightseeing we came back to the hotel for dinner. We loved the garlic soup with croutons and weinerschnitzel. Highly recommend this place.

Everything was great. The rooms are clean, the host is very friendly and complaisant. The breakfast is served from 8 am to 10 am. We asked if it could be earlier and the host fullfiled our wish. Breakfast is very good, you can choose between variety of pastries, oats, you also have cheese, salami, yoghurt, fruit and fresh coffee. I would recommed this place. The gasthouse is near the highway. Good location if you are visiting Salzburg.

We only stayed one night but should have stayed longer. There are two bedrooms with great beds. The bathroom and toilet is in the hallway. There is easy self check-in. Parking free on the main street before you enter the small street of the house. There is a large kitchen and living room with all you need. There is a lovely garden in the back. I recommend. Location is good if you have a car, easy to drive to town. Be mindful of the tollroads if you don't have a pass. You can take the backroads.

The apartment was really clean and all the furniture is brand new. The owner was super nice and helpful and even made a welcome note at the entrance of the room (really thoughtful).

It’s a nice little place, very clean. We had 2 single rooms for my granddaughter and me. No breakfast, but didn’t expect it. It’s at the end of the street, turning the car around is a bit of work. We were looking for a simple inexpensive base for exploring Salzburg and the surrounding area, not a destination hotel with lots of services, it was just what we needed. Laundry service is available for 8 euro a load.

This is a big Bavarian-style house overlooking Salzburg, with a great view of the city and the surroundings. The check-in is done via a code input in a machine that gives you the keys. The rooms are the right size, the beds are really comfortable and the bed linen is good quality. The bathroom was clean and all working properly.

We had lovely view from our balcony.From left hand side we could see the castle from right hand side the mountains.In the room we had free botle of water, mini bar, hot water machine for tea and coffe.The owners are really nice.We had high quality and wide choice of breakfast.There is a bus stop in front of the pension which take you to the center.I would tell this place rather a 4* stars hotel than a pension. If we come to Salzburg again we would definetly stay in this place again!
