The place was clean and properly maintained. The kitchen was properly equipped with everything you needed. The single beds were very comfortable.

The wood burner warms you and the views of the mountains take your breath away. The host was warm and attentive. Some of the existing reviews imply a hostel type vibe but these are private rooms and bathrooms with a well accustomed kitchen. This is more a lodge than a hotel but not a hostel. Would recommend but bring groceries!

Heated pool was perfect after long day of hiking. Breakfast was one of the best we had on our trip through South America. Room was quiet and bed was comfortable, everything was super clean. Staff were polite.
