The room was very spacious, with a great bed, huge window and a stunning view. Bruce Yi was very welcoming and Jenny (the sales manager) arranged us all the tours that we wanted to do. Very efficient.

Staff at the reception is super friendly and helpful, they have helped us book tickets to visit Reed Flute Cave (within walking distance from the property) and gave helpful recommendations for sites to visit. Quiet location so nice for relaxing. The hotel is not in the centre of Guilin but that is not an issue as taxis to the centre are quick and cheap (10-20RMB).

Nice breakfast served in the morning. The hotel is a pleasant walk away from the Reed Flute caves but requires transportation to reach the city center. The hotel arranged for someone to pick me up at the railway station. The driver arrived a few minutes late but arrived and brought me to the hotel.
