In love with the room, the breakfast and most of all the hosts!!! Both Jan and René did everything to make us feel at home :) They really went the extra mile, after mentioning my dietary restrictions (veggie and lactose intolerant) they made spreads and even went to the store to get extra yoghurt! We would wholeheartedly recommend staying here a few days, the town has some good restaurants aswell and it's a beautiful region!

Lovely accommodation and very friendly and helpful owners, that made our stay at Appart-Pension-Schier wonderful. The quiet location was perfect for a good nights sleep. Off road parking outside, and being able to leave our bikes in the garage was ideal. The apartment has the use of a large terrace and garden, with comfortable chairs to relax on while sampling a glass of excellent wine from the vines owned by the Family Schier. The views from the terrace are excellent, and because of the elevated position, are much better than those closer to the river that have trees in front of them. If you want a nice easy walk into the town, it's just 12-15 minutes away, and the cycle route along the Mosel is only 200m from the front door.

Great hosts, location, room, breakfast. Perfect location in a perfect town in the Mosel for day trips. We were in the heart of Zell, with many great cafes and restaurants. The hosts were wonderful, and Norbert gave us a great wine tasting and overview of the regional wines right at the beginning of our time. The shop has a wine to purchase by the glass and bottle and is some of the best around.

Frau Hoffman was a great host! She prepared a full German breakfast every morning and chatted with us. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was strong, and we had everything we needed, including a small refrigerator. We would stay here again.
