Lovely quiet location but very limited facilities in the area. Excellent parking. Friendly staff. Olde-Wordle furnishings and decor which is part of the building’s charm. This is more of a restaurant with rooms rather than a hotel, hence posada. As a result of time pressures we didn’t eat here but the menu looked good.

Everything was just great, on first floor with handy lift from reception, great room, very comfy bed, good shower, hot water, tea and coffee making facilities, and sweets. Staff were very friendly but not intrusive, service and food in the bar/restaurant downstairs was very good, drink prices really cheap, all in all i would have no hesitation in returning to or recommending this Posada.

It is a small family run hotel, set in its own delightful grounds, about a mile south of Cabezon along a very quiet lane, ideal for a stroll. Our room had its own spacious terrace. The buffet breakfast is as comprehensive as in a big top class hotel without the pushing and dodging of other guests. The hot options are cooked to order. The proprietor offers a “light” dinner but one can make it as substantial as one wishes and it is of excellent quality, good value and in very agreeable surroundings.

The breakfast is amazing and the staff are lovely. They even have gluten-free bread so you don't need to bring your own. Very generous buffet breakfast worth the price of the room. The beds are good.
