Charming enclosed property located in a small peaceful village. Great for the more quiet base near the busier touristic places. Parking is on the street close the the house. The garden with swimming pools is beautifully landscaped. Our room was on the first floor. it had a comfy bed and was stylishly decorated. The bathroom was in the hall with the direct access from the room. The breakfast was served in the cozy dining room on the ground floor. It was delicious with a good selection of food.Our hostess Virginia was friendly and spoke English.

The house is absolutely charming our room was spotlessly clean the breakfast was served on his pretty terrace right next to the lock,which we also had a view from our room. Outstanding b&b run by a lovely family. We had the simplest room, reasonably priced (53€ for 2, breakfast included, in mid-March). Breakfast was very good and the optional home-cooked pasta dinner was also tasty. Parking in the gated yard. Nice common area for guests, with fresh fruit. Very quiet location. A lot of attention has been paid to decor. Only the wufe, Sylvie, speaks English so non-French communication is a bit awkward when she's not home. A problem with wifi coverage was addressed by immediately moving the router into our room. We loved the place and the people.
