Everything about the Chambres de Pont de Legande is graceful style from a former age. But not the bathrooms, which have been brought moderately up-to-date. We slept well, lulled by the river, and ate a hearty breakfast before departing. Excellent value in every way

The whole experience was wonderful. The set up is rather interesting in that there are two B&B double rooms with their modern en suite bathroom set up on either side of a shared common room, which is used for breakfast. Each rooms gives onto its own individual patio. My sister and brother-in-law had rented the studio which is, conversely, completely self contained. There is a sense of privacy and the location is unbelievable quiet. Salies de Bearn is a bucolic little town and the location of the B&B is close to the center but even quieter. All fixtures were modern.
