Very accommodating host family. They even cooked dinner for us since we were walking the Via Francigena. The room was totally renovated.

We were four pilgrims walking the Via Francigena who arrived at the property soaking wet. We were welcomed earlier than expected and enjoyed an open fire to dry our clothes. The accommodation and meals were first class.

We loved the friendly welcome, the cleanliness of everything, the wonderful 'hobbit house', (with its tasteful decorations and quirky atmosphere, as well as its own air-conditioning unit, toilet and shower), the swimming pool, the well-stocked kitchen where we cooked our dinner, and the breakfast (which we ate sitting at our table in the sun outside our room).

We took the biggest room for us and our 2 children (3 and 2 years old). The room was perfect to host all of us, big enough with one baby bed. The place is very nice and safe for small children, huge garden, safe and closed swimming pool. The staff was very gentle and helpful. If we go back to the lake for a weekend, we will probably book at the same place.

The room décor is tasteful and contemporary, and the main bedroom features a small desk, a chair and a television. The bathroom is spacious, spotlessly clean, and has nice towels, and the bed has crisp white sheets and a comfy duvet! While the accommodations are great, the hosts are truly amazing and kind!
