I inadvertently booked a room with a bath and no shower unit which was not ideal for my wife or me given that we both had had relatively new hips! Without any fuss, the proprietor up-graded us for the following two nights to a splendid room (Louis X1V) overlooking the very quiet square and with a shower in which we could swing two cats! The breakfast was more than adequate and the whole ambience was so wonderfully French.

Nice location, by a lake, which takes 50 minutes to stroll around. Quiet (in April) and reasonable privacy from other cabins. Basic equipment only, and not much decor (no lamps, cushions, pictures), but everything is new/modern and worked - the hot water was hot/plentiful and the heating was efficient.
