The house and surroundings were stunningly beautiful. It felt incredibly peaceful in the middle of a forest. Our hosts were so friendly and joined us for breakfast. The owner is a master chocolatier and he treated us to some of his delicious chocolate and macarons. Our room was up in the eaves and had beautiful exposed beams.

The Accommodation was adjoining but separate from the owners house. We were allowed use of the breakfast room with a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities. Edith also brought us some milk and butter as we had brought a picnic dinner for that evening. Breakfast was plentiful too.

It was our third stay . Excellent service and host. Calm and relaxing ambience. Nice products,drinks,etc. available to purchase to make nice dinner in kitchen on arrival. Very good breakfast .Catered for gluten free and dairy free diet of one of us very well. Wish we could have stayed longer to use pool and spend more time in area.
