I rarely take the time to review stuff, but in this case I have to make an exception. This B&B was hands down one of the best places we‘ve ever stayed in. Brad and Philippa are so welcoming and master the balance between being helpful and always up for a chat - and never being intrusive at the same time. Rooms are big and tasteful, the ocean view is stunning, the town is just around the corner and breakfast is fresh and delicious. All for an extremely fair price. Highly recommended!

Situated in a unique private but central location on the harbourside in Barmouth, Sunray Apartments have a private garden and balconies created to look across the harbour towards the historic Barmouth Railway Bridge and the Cader Idris mountain range, or over the beach towards Snowdonia, the Llyn Peninsular and Bardsey Island. There is direct access down a few steps to the promenade & beach from the garden and private parking on-site. There are BBQs for guest use to compliment the fully fitted kitchen. Snowdon is 30 miles from Sunray Apartments, while Betws-y-coed is about an hour's drive.

The location was superb! We appreciated being able to cook for ourselves and do our washing. The kitchen and laundry were really well equipped and the bed was really comfortable.

We had an extremely comfortable stay with a seaside view. Our seven year old enjoyed the daily jokes by the host. The rooms were very well equipped, along with pointers to some great restaurants. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. The host updated us on the daily activities in town which was a great help. Overall a very lovely stay. Would highly recommend.
