Everything was fabulous ! the very warm chatty welcome, the offer of tea / coffee on arrival, the overall condition of the premises is exceptional (for a UK B&B !), our room very very comfortable, the view is outstanding, right down the estuary. It was a beautiful sunny March weekend which helped I guess ! The owners were very helpful regards where to eat & where to go for a walk etc. Outstanding !! we'll be back !!

There is direct access down a few steps to the promenade & beach from the garden and private parking on-site. There are BBQs for guest use to compliment the fully fitted kitchen. Snowdon is 30 miles from Sunray Apartments, while Betws-y-coed is about an hour's drive.

The location was superb! We appreciated being able to cook for ourselves and do our washing. The kitchen and laundry were really well equipped and the bed was really comfortable.
