loved it all, it was a lovely ,quaint cabin. Juliet and George have really thought about how their guests would be comfortable and it was so very comfortable. lovely sit on the front porch with coffee in am overlooking their beautiful backyard. we moved to another hotel, as TLOTM was a fill in for us for one night. we arrived at the new hotel , it’s nice, I immediately looked to see if TLOTM was available as we wanted to be back there…no such luck. We hope to go back to the IOW and if we do we will hopefully be able to stay here. George and Juliet are quite fun and interesting…Thank you so much…..p.s. it’s a short walk to a few pubs and a convenient store… could not have been more relaxing, all the little amenities you need!

Really quiet surroundings, extremely great location for walks, and as a centre point venturing around the island. Lot of storage, not too big rooms, but enough for a week stay, even with rainy weather. We were eating out,but the kitchen was fully equipped (micro, kettle, hob,) with pots and pans.

In a quiet location just 3 minutes’ walk from the beach, The Denewood is a family-run guest house in Sandown with free parking and Wi-Fi. With its own bar, The Denewood is 10 minutes from the train station and 15 minutes from the Isle of Wight Zoo.

We loved our short last-minute getaway at The Denewood. Without doubt, the driving force behind this is the personal and very genuine welcome extended by Sara and Kevin, who moved from London to run their very own B&B in 2019. Their care and attention has transformed it into a cosy, homely venue three minutes from the sand. If you seek an inexpensive, well-connected and welcoming stay on the island, look no further; and yes, the breakfast is precisely as good as others report.

The location being out of town, away from the road and with no park complex it was nice and quiet. A lovely location with a nice coastal walk into the main town, main attractions and good bus links for those without a car on the island.

Little gem of a place to stay. Self-contained annex to owners' property, small but perfect for us (two adults and one dog). Lovely view from the upstairs lounge window. Main road location, but we didn't find this a problem; private driveway parking, tight but manageable (Volvo XC60, so not the smallest car!) Fabulously clean accommodation, very helpful and informative host, with lots of information in the property about local restaurants, walks, etc.

Mulberry Lawn apt was an ideal location for exploring the island by car. You could also catch the train to Ryde and the many different buses. The village is quiet, quaint and has a fabulous restaurant. Hugh was efficient with correspondence and Kate was always available for a chat after our day of sightseeing. The apartment had everything you needed, was cosy and welcoming. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom had a bath! What more could you want?!
