Character old Inn in the heart of the beautiful little village of Asthall, a 5 mins drive from Burford. The Inn has been tastefully restored with quality furnishings. Our room and en suite bathroom was very attractive and comfortable and led on to the outdoor eating area. Surrounded by the best of the English countryside, we enjoyed an excellent pub meal. The food was exceptional, much of which was locally sourced. The staff were very friendly and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended.

This is a superb hotel, the attention to detail is magnificent. For example, the towels are top quality, furniture and room design is lovely and matches the country feel. The hostess is skilled and charming and serves an excellent breakfast. Big car park and good location at the top of the high street.

Anna, has created a quirky, vintage boutique b and b. She is a charming, vivacious host and we were delighted to meet her and her 6 babies (little dogs). We enjoyed a great stop over in Burford. The ancient house is full of character and detail from bygones.
