It was quiet and comfortable. Dinner in the restaurant was pleasant, as was breakfast. There was a field where our dog could exercise.

The Staff were very friendly, welcoming, helpful and interested in us as individuals. Cleanliness was excellent. Tea and coffee were generous. The beds were extremely comfortable as were the pillows. It was easy to regulate the temperature in the room, turning radiators on or off and opening windows. It was a pleasure to see that the carpets in public and private areas were clean and not worn. Location was superb.
