It's a classic, three rooms over a sedate Pub. The room was eclectic and cozy. The owner Martin was warm and gracious. The pub serverd a great steak and the continental breakfast really set me up for the day. I like small hotels and pubs with rooms.

Very clean and tidy place, just what i was looking out for a nights stay. Excellent location, close to the bus station. The hosts was very kind and helpful. I had a very filling English breakfast. The host were even kind enough to allow a late check out by an hour. The place is located in an residential area so very safe.

One of the very best bed and breakfast breaks we have had. We were so well looked after - thoroughly spoiled! Cotton Farm is quiet and peaceful. The house is beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean, our hosts were friendly and so helpful, and the breakfasts a real treat. We hardly touched the sherry! We have already recommended Cotton Farm to friends and very much hope to return sometime.
