We loved everything about this property! Suzi and Paulo (and Lola the dog) were super friendly and gave us a great tour, the building itself was beautifully decorated, and the grounds well kept, the rooms and facilities clean and warm (but you can turn your radiator off or open a window if you like it a little cooler). It had great character and felt almost magical - it’s clear that a lot of thought, care and effort have gone into making this a perfect B&B. The food was tasty and fresh. Overall we had an amazing time and it was an absolute pleasure to stay her. Highly recommend.

Very nice and friendly owners. Personal service all around our stay. The hotel has great views on to the Abbey and the old town houses. Parking in the back, with easy access to the hotel. You have the avon as well as the town center within easy walking distance. Shops and cafès are just nearby. Style of the hotel fits perfectly into the city athmosphere.
