Very friendly staff. We had lunch and then stayed a night. Good food and beer. The rooms we used were delightful, very comfortable with spacious bathrooms. It was live music night the evening we were there which was an added bonus , with a great band.

Great property for a getway. Full English breakfast was awesome! It's not a British Break without a 'Full English'! The beds were the most comfortable I have used in a long time! The Massingham location is a great environment to escape and explore, with it's old school village shop/ post office.

There was car parking available and the room was so quiet which was ideal for getting restful sleep. Delicious breakfast, with options for big or small appetites, and very friendly and helpful hosts. We stayed for two nights and it was lovely to be able to walk around the farm and explore nearby footpaths, accessible from the farm. The hosts recommended a local pub, Carpenters Arms, for an evening meal which was a short drive away with great food.
