A 10-minute drive up the coast from Exmouth, Riverdown offers bed and breakfast in Exton, south Devon. In a pretty, secluded location with views across the Exe Estuary, Riverdown provides free Wi-Fi and parking, as well as full English breakfasts.

Location was amazing, Tim was an excellent host. Extra special hut in Tim's field overlooking the Estuary, provided the perfect end to each day with a glass of wine. Could not ask for more especially considering the excellent value for money.

Summerwind Guest House is situated in Exmouth and is just 3 minutes walk from the beach and marina.

Each room comes with a flat-screen TV. Certain rooms include a seating area to relax in after a busy day. You will find a kettle, tea and coffee in the room. Extras include free toiletries and a hairdryer. Summerwind Guest House features free WiFi.

Full English or continental breakfasts are available at cafés just a few minutes away.

We booked to stay at Summer Winds at very short notice, late in the afternoon, having been badly let down by a different guest house in the town. Our host, Sue, could not have been more friendly, helpful, attentive and considerate. She responded immediately and brilliantly to our situation and, at the drop of a hat, provided us with a lovely, clean, comfortable room. The room was cosy, with plenty of tea/coffee supplies and a small fridge, a nice touch which we found very useful. The ensuite shower room was spacious, well set up and extremely clean. The guest house is very well located in a quiet road just a three minute walk from the marina, and Sue's genuinely friendly, personal touches made our stay really enjoyable. We can't recommend Summer Winds highly enough. We'll always use this terrific guest house whenever we are in the area.

Bob and Jane were great hosts and more than happy to help with anything. The old vicarage is in a beautiful location and it's a lovely clean, spacious place. The breakfast included everything you would want and kept us going for the day. We would definite stay again.

The breakfast was beautifully presented in a charming dining-room, and both the full English and scrambled eggs with smoked salmon were delicious. There are only two rooms let as B and B and both are very nice. We stayed in our previous room. The bed was comfortable, and the shower very good. Decent coffee - and cafetiere - and tea are provided in the room. An ideal location for a trip to Exeter and surrounding countryside, and of course Powderham Castle is on the doorstep. We look forward to returning.
