Everything! If you love the outdoors, then this is the place to go. We felt very safe secure staying here. Great location near the river and very quiet. All of Wales is within 2 hours of here so well placed for sight seeing. We will 100% be coming back in a few years to explore some more!

Great location, and having the pub downstairs serving food was ideal. The pub is off of the main drag so it's quiet, but you can walk to Tesco if you like. The food in the pub was really good and reasonably priced, and was served quickly. The family room was a good size and the beds were pretty comfy. It was good to have a fan in the room as it did start out very warm indeed until we opened all the windows. The breakfast in the morning was decent and served quickly by a very nice lady who seemed concerned we weren't eating more!

Great location for town centre, supermarkets within walking distance. Close to the Lake and The Rock Park. On arrival nice to find milk and treats! Even though advertised as spacious it was still larger than expected. Great to find somewhere pet friendly. Catered for all the family with games, dvds and books. Bonus having private parking. The host communication was excellent. Nothing too much trouble. Would highly recommend and will be our first choice in the future.
