The guest house offers a seating area with a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a hair dryer, free toiletries and walk-in shower. Guests can have wine or champagne and chocolates or cookies delivered to their room. At the guest house, each unit comes with bed linen and towels.

The proprietors, Michael and Diane, could not have been more friendly and helpful, with booking us into the local pub for dinner and suggestions about what to explore in the village. The breakfast was delicious, beds and room comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the setting beautiful.

Located in Caersws, in a historic building, 34 km from Elan Valley, Y Felin Bed and Breakfast and Smallholding is a recently renovated bed and breakfast with a garden and barbecue facilities. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is set 30 km from Dolforwyn Castle.

We enjoyed every moment of our stay at Y Felin B&B. The owners are very nice. Andy was very helpful and friendly and provided us with some great insider tips. The area is amazing for walks and hiking, and you can reach all interesting locations in mid Wales by car within 60-90 minutes. We definitely recommend Y Felin B&B and will stay there again if we were to visit the area in the future.

Each unit features a dining area, a seating area with TV with satellite channels, a DVD player and a CD player. There is a private bathroom with bidet in some units, along with slippers, a hair dryer and free toiletries. At the bed and breakfast, all units have bed linen and towels.

I got a very good night's sleep, followed by an absolutely cracking breakfast, which set me up nicely for a day of falling off motorbikes in beautiful mid-Wales. The Clochfaen is very conveniently located for Sweet Lamb, the Yamaha Off-Road Experience, etc. It's also an easy walk into the village for a pint.

Lovely room, quiet location, excellent breakfast. The hosts were fine about us arriving just after 9pm, as we were having a meal with friends in Llanidloes first.
