Great location, short walking distance to shops, etc. Accommodation had a cosy homely vibe. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could need. The area was very quiet at night. The heating was on a timer and it was lovely and warm when we got there, which was a nice surprise. TV even had Netflix working, which was a nice bonus after a big day out on the rainy hills. I would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was good well cooked and large portions. Would have liked some fresh fruit as listed on the menu. The property is in the middle of being refurbished but room 5 where we stayed was already done. Everything thing was new and obviously very clean. Quiet room

For me this was a perfect 10! Spacious, comfortable room and the nicest bathroom I have ever seen. The staff should get a reward for being the nicest, warmest and friendliest you can have; making an excellent breakfast and giving usefull advice for daytrips. And last but not least, a historic building with a nice atmosphere in a quiet surroundings.

Very comfortable sleeping. Great location and view. Sian was very friendly and welcoming and happy to help if you needed anything. The deluxe bell tent definitely had more privacy than the other tents, but it is a bit farther away from the communal kitchen sink and it's toilet is further from the tent than the others, but I preferred it above the other tents. The private kitchenette with bar fridge and the essentials to cook with was just what you needed. We will defiantly return.
