Very stylish and comfortable room and bathroom. Everything, including the breakfast room has been skillfully and tastefully decorated. It was great! She let's us customize what we would like for breakfast in the morning and she is a great cook. She had detailed information and directions about a walking path to Chatsworth that brought me through farms and past forests full of bluebells which was incredible! One of the most lovely walks I have ever been on.

We stayed in the India Suite, which was roomy, quiet, and comfortable, with a large en suite. Good choice at breakfast and an attentive host. We spent time sitting in the garden both days we were there and found it relaxing and renewing.

My room and all public areas were spotlessly clean. Great location for exploring Derbyshire and the Peak District. Despite being by the side of a main road, my room was very quiet. I highly recommend the food. Great quality, great choice and really good service. You get a key to the front door so you can come and go as you please with ease. The staff are really friendly and helpful. I felt that they really wanted their guests in bar, restaurant and hotel to have a good experience. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

    - Lovely cosy/homely feel. - Well maintained and very clean. - Set back from the road, quiet and feels like a hideaway! - Fully equipped. - Nice sized, secure courtyard, with outdoor seating area (roof with fairy lights over seating!). - Great location! - Seperate private parking. We honestly couldn't fault the studio at all. It was a really fabulous place to stay, we felt very comfortable and can't wait to return!
