The accommodations were better than we could have imagined! And breakfast was spectacular! What a gem so close to the coast and the New Forest! The owners were marvelous and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was special!

The accommodation was beautifully decorated and in a very quiet location. The attention to detail was lovely. The continental breakfast provided was amazing. It took 15 mins to walk into the centre of Lymington so perfect location. Peter gave us lots of information about the area and places to visit.

Good parking, quiet road and very comfortable beds/bedrooms. Ideal to have 4beds/4baths. Cosy snug, really useful utility room for dog and shoes/coats from walks etc. Nice garden which catches late afternoon sun on seating by firepit. Treat box for our dog was a nice touch.

I wish i thought of getting dish washing liquid, soap and shower gel... I thought of many things to take, because we were cooking. However, it was so easy to go and buy some. Frying pan could be changed, food sticks. Mattress was too soft, but i realise it is hard to please everyone regading this. I appreciate how clean everything was.
