Everything! Adrian and Dot are terrific hosts! We were so impressed how they refurbished these ancient buildings into such beautiful places to stay. We stayed in the main house, but they also have a beautiful separate house. Outstanding property. Beautiful views, comfy stay, and great breakfast.

    Very clean and comfortable caravan. We went in April, but the weather was still cold. It was easy and quick to heat up. Also it’s in a quiet location. Monreith beaches are beautiful.

    This was a lovely, clean and warm caravan with great home from home ammenities including a Nespresso coffee machine, smart TVs and an air fryer along with all the usual things you'd expect to find. The double bedroom and two single beds were very comfy and cosy. It is spacious with a lovely warm shower and two toilets. It's in a great location just a couple of minutes walk to the beach and a short drive to the local small town of Port William. Added bonus was that they had dog treats

    Fantastic location for a family break away if you want to wind down and relax. Very peaceful and quiet. Everything you need, and like home from home. Great secure garden for the dogs. Would definitely return

    Great location for walks, fantastic view of stars at night, beautiful beaches for miles if have a car, beautiful beach nearby if walking. Clean caravan, delightful hosts lots nice welcoming touches in caravan.

    Our stay in the Galloway region had many pleasant surprises, but none like the B&B we were in. Great location, close to different towns and sightseeing hotspots. Nice room with great views. The breakfast was exceptional, easily the best full English, with fresh produce and generous portions. And above all, the hosts Dot and Adrian made the visit a wonderful time, full of warmth and hospitality. We will definitely be visiting again. Highly recommended.

    Lovely Bed and Breakfast in a great location. Breakfast was fab, so many choices, there’s something to suit everyone. Dot and Adrien were great hosts! The care and attention they have put into Cairndoon Byer is reflected in everything from the rooms, the food to the hospitality.
